Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed that he would make a huge announcement regarding his career in the coming weeks following a meeting with his agent.
Zlatan’s contract wasn’t renewed by United after he sustained a knee injury in their Europa quarter final game that was supposed to keep him out of the game until January 2018.
After his surgery in America, Ibrahimovic is expected to return to the training base of Manchester United to complete his rehabilitation program.
He told reporters after the meeting with his agent in Manchester that he will make a big announcement very soon.
“I’ll make a huge announcement soon and it will be bigger than you would expect.”
Zlatan has also been linked with a move to LA Galaxy and AC Milan. There are reports that he could be offered a new short term contract if his fitness improves quickly.
A source is in the United States revealed that there are talks between LA Galaxy and his agent but nothing has been decided yet.
LA Galaxy manager Curt Onalfo revealed to reporters that he could not comment on the move because it is not within his right to comment on a player that has not signed for them.
When he was asked if they had any more room for big players. He said, “We always have room for big players as it is part of our DNA as LA Galaxy and we will keep trying to attract top players.”
